Each exhibit space will include one six-foot table and two chairs, for a fee of $125 (early bird) per table. A table skirt will be provided upon request at no extra charge. You may purchase more than one space if you would like additional areas for your display. There will be a limit of 8 tables per organization. The fee for spaces is used to pay for the facility, advertising, and related costs. The district high school counselors will also host a hospitality room for exhibitors. A light supper will be available beginning at 3:30 PM.

We will send an invoice for the applicable fees upon receipt of your electronic registration. Payment will be due within two weeks of receipt of the invoice. Institutions responding with their registration form with payment will be assigned exhibit space in the order of receipt. You will receive an email with your table assignments by the last week in September. Payment is required before tables will be assigned.
There are instructions at the bottom of your invoice for payment in the form of a check.
