Flute players will need a cleaning rod and a lint-free cloth to use with the rod.
A polish cloth can be used to remove smudges and fingerprints

Clarinet players need at least 4 reeds at all times. Our students have found the most success with Vandoren Traditional Reeds, starting with 2.5 strength
A Reed Guard or reed case will help with organization and care of delicate reeds
A silk swab is ideal to remove moisture before putting the clarinet away
Cork grease can help the joints come together more easily
An optional mouthpiece patch can help keep top teeth comfortable and prevent scratching
