The Science of Reading tells us that learning to read is like cracking a code. At Springboard Collaborative, we use a comprehensive curriculum that helps children break the alphabetic code. Breaking the alphabetic code means learning the letter-sound and sound-spelling relationships found in the English language. Research tells us that breaking the code enables children to read and progress as a reader. As a Springboard educator, you are provided with research-based, scripted lesson plans that support children as they learn to read. Your site will determine which component(s) you will be teaching.
