A hat or hair net MUST be worn while working in the kitchen!
St. Peter's Mission and Outreach team is seeking help making 100 dozen (or more) cookies. These cookies will be made into "Christmas Invites" to be given out to others sharing our Christmas service times and an invite to join us. These cookies will also be handed out at Medilodge Care Center to residents and workers. Cookies must be HOMEMADE and brought into church by Sunday, December 8th.
For every dozen HOMEMADE cookies you bring in, you will receive one Christian Service hour. (one dozen cookies = one Christian service hour.)
St. Thomas Eastpointe Food Pantry
St. Thomas is asking for help with its food pantry. They are in need of non-perishable items such as instant potatoes, canned fruit, canned veggies but not mixed veggies as they have plenty of those), pasta, pasta sauce, and boxed cereals.
These items will be going in food baskets for Christmas. We need to get the items brought in no later than December 16th. Items can be turned in to the school or church office.
The returnables shed is full! Return cans to the store and bring the money to the school office. For every $25 returned, you get 1/2 hour towards your Christian service hours. The funds can be designated to wherever you would like. Here are a few ideas to put it towards... purchasing Operetta t-shirts and new basketball uniforms.
Join us for advent worship on Wednesdays, December 4th, 11th, & 18th
at 3 PM & 7 PM.
Breakfast with Santa will be in the gym on Saturday, December 7th, from 8 to 11 a.m. No reservations are needed!
Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, sausage, ham, OJ, milk, and coffee.
Kids eat free, but Adult donations are appreciated.
If you have nice GROUP pictures from any of our events this year you can upload them so they can be put in our yearbook. Please don't upload pictures of just 1 or 2 students - we want everybody to make it into the yearbook! Sports, Rejoice Together Field trip, Apple Orchard, Harvest Party, Trunk or Treat, and anything else upcoming will make great pictures to remember this year.
