18th Annual P.E.A.C.E Auction
Tickets go on sale Saturday, March 1st. Buy your tickets online or in the School office, cost is $55 per ticket.
Auction Meetings will be held every Wednesday after Lent service until 5 pm in the Auction Room (classroom #8)
Check out the Auction bulletin board in the lobby outside of Principal Haller's office! There you will find our up-to-date meeting schedule, auction letters, ad forms, some special items we will have up for bid this year, and more! If there are certain times you are available for meetings or to come to school and help, please contact Amy Heinz, Joni Nichols, or Lisa Koback. Thanks for your help in making this year's auction a success!
Now accepting donations for this year's auction!
Reminder, each family is required to donate a basket valued at $100, whether donated by the family or procured from a business. There will be tags on the PTL bulletin board in the lobby that will need to be filled out and attached to the item before it is turned in to the office. Stay tuned here for upcoming auction meeting times. There are donation letters and ad forms in the files on the wall outside the school office, take as many as you need! We are looking forward to another great auction!
The classroom that takes back the most cans (must have a classroom minimum of $100 to win) during the month of February will win a NO HOMEWORK NIGHT!
Return cans FROM THE SHED IN THE NORTH PARKING LOT and bring the cash money to the school office. You can designate the money to go towards one of your child's future class trips OR the specials class of your choice (art, PE, music - including Operetta).
Due to missing several music classes because of snow days - 3rd and 4th grades will not be singing at the Ash Wednesday 3:00 service.
We hope you still join us for worship!
Just a reminder that there will be no PM buses on Wednesday March 5th through Friday March 7th.
We are nearing Re-enrollment time!!!
Thank-you for your patience as we are a little behind schedule due to a change in our School Information System (SIS).
* We will send out a robo text when the applications are ready. (Hopefully around March 1st—by March 10th for sure!)
* Remember—this is new to us, too! We will do our best to help you through the process as needed, and FACTS customer service has been awesome to work with!
* In order to allow a deposit for the $250 registration fee, we had to split it into two fees. A $100 per child enrollment fee will be charged with the application and MUST be paid online
* After your enrollment has been processed, the remainder of the registration fee ($150 per child) will be charged in what is called Incidental Billing—with a due date of July
* Tuition and all other fees will go through FACTS
* You can pay all fees by credit card or ACH
* With the exception of the enrollment fee—you will still be able to make a payment in the office
* We will communicate information to you about your access to FACTS as it becomes available.
