Canvas will be the primary location to know what needs to be done each day.

Teachers are continuing to build their courses on Canvas.
If materials are not on Canvas yet, teachers will email the required info.

Distance learning students are expected to participate in live scheduled classes using Google Meet.
The teacher may allow them to log off to work independently before the scheduled class is over.
We understand needing breaks from sitting at a computer.

Teachers will have recordings for their lessons available for viewing online. These may be pre-recorded lessons and/or posting the recording of the class period after the fact.

If a live session is missed, students must communicate with the teacher of each class they miss before 3:00 PM that day in order to be marked present for that class.

Differentiated materials (such as paper packets) can be provided for students that struggle with participating online. Teachers will communicate about packet materials available for pickup for certain class assignments or projects. Generally, materials for the week will be available for pickup Friday by scheduled appointment between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

Students receiving Related Services will be contacted by their providers to schedule sessions.
