9:30 am Competition Shift 1
1:30pm Registration, Weigh In Shift 2
2:30pm Competition Shift 2
All Lifters will be entered into Lifting Cast.
It is important for all lifters to arrive on time for their scheduled weigh in.
Event will be run in two shifts
Flights and divisions will not be finalized until after weigh-ins; platform assignments will be completed before the day of the meet.
Platform #1 is to audience's left
With the # of lifters it is imperative to arrive on time so we can stay on schedule
10 minute break in between disciplines
