8:00 am Registration, Weigh In & Equipment inspection

9:15 am Rules briefing Mandatory for all head coaches

9:30 am Competition

All Lifters have been entered into Lifting Cast.

Flight and platform information has also been uploaded to Lifting Cast

It is important for all lifters to arrive on time for the weigh in.
Flights and divisions will not be finalized until after weigh-ins; platform assignments will be completed before the day of the meet.
Platform #1 is to audience's left
With the # of lifters it is imperative to arrive on time so we can stay on schedule
10 minute break in between disciplines
Awards will be passed out at the conclusion of the event
