Check the availability of the rooms on the iCalendar platform on eClass.
Fill in the form as required.
Send the form to the Library eClass account.
Done! (A successful application will be verified with an email)
Alternatively, visit the Library during opening hours to check avaliability and book in-person.
A booking application must be made at least 2 days before the desired date of use. On-site bookings or late bookings will NOT be processed. The avaliability of walk-in rooms cannot be guaranteed.
If there are empty rooms, walk-ins are accepted. This will be on a first-come first-served basis.
Teacher's signature/permission is NOT required.
Group booking (number of student users ≥ 3) is encouraged.
Project rooms should be booked for curriculum-related activities (e.g. subject projects). They are not recommended to be used for ECA or team/ club/ society/ enthusiasts' circle meetings by students.
Each group of students can only book project rooms for one session (1 hour) each time. At most 2 bookings can be made within a week. Block booking is NOT allowed.
Please note that booking for Room 511 should be made through the Supporting Services Office (SSO).
