Librarian Team and BoB branch applications are now open!
1) Prepare your Student ID card.
2) Bring selected books to the circulation counter.
3) Librarians on duty will help you with the borrowing process.
Visit the Library counter with the books that you wish to return, where librarians will check their statuses for you. A Student ID card is not required.
The due date of the book borrowed will be indicated on the blue date label by a stamp. The loan period is 14 days. Students are required to return the books as soon as they are back to school, should the due date fall on any school holidays. A maximum of 5 items can be borrowed concurrently with each student ID card.
If your item is overdue, you will be subject to a fine of $1 per day. This will be collected for every item missing, up to a maximum of $40 collected any one time. Patrons with overdue items will not be able to borrow any more books without a teacher's request. Please do remember to return your books on time!
If books are lost/ unrepairable, patrons will be required to replace the book(s). Please contact the Teacher-Librarians for more details.
If you wish to hold the book for a longer period, you may renew your borrowed item using the library catalogue.
Go to the library catalogue.
Log in by inputting your patron code and password. Both of them are your student ID (201XXXXX). You may change the password later.
Go to My Account> Items Checked Out.
Click 'Renew' to renew the book. If you wish to renew multiple books at once, click 'Renew All'.
Note that if your book is overdue, online renewal will become impossible. The longest extendable period will be 14 days.
If you want to check whether or not the book you are looking for is in stock, you may use the library catalogue system to search for it, try and find it in our eLibrary. or suggest the book to us here.
