Calendar:
The Alpine Elementary School PreK program follows the same calendar schedule as Alpine Elementary school.
School Hours:
9:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Financial Agreement:
$700 per month, $7000 per year
Tuition is billed monthly.
Transportation:
Busing will be provided for all students.
Emergency Delays:
If we have a delayed opening all Sparta schools will be on a 2-Hour delay.
11:00 AM - 3:45 PM
Early Dismissal Times:
Students will be on an early dismissal schedule.
9:00 AM - 1:15 PM
Arrival:
Parents may begin to drop off students at 8:45 AM. Students will enter through the APR doors and will be permitted to go directly to class after 9:00 AM. Buses will begin to unload at 9:00 AM.
Dismissal:
Except for emergencies, no children will be dismissed in the time period between 3:15 PM - 3:45 PM. Children being picked up early must bring a note from the parent that morning.
Justifiable reasons for early dismissal include:
Medical or dental appointments which cannot be scheduled outside of school hours
Medical disability
Family emergency
Court appearance
Such good cause as may be acceptable to the administration
Students being picked up will be dismissed to the All Purpose Room at regular dismissal, 3:45 PM. Parents picking up their children must sign them out at the designated table in the All Purpose Room.
