Emergency Delays and Closings

In the event of a weather or other emergency, all Sparta schools may close, begin on a delayed schedule, or dismiss early. 

School hours for Alpine on delayed opening days will be 11:00 AM - 3:45 PM. 

Emergency delays and closings will be communicated to all parents/guardians through an automatic phone call, text, and/or email via the district website application. Notices will also be posted on the district website, https://www.sparta.org/.
