Hosted by Eugenia Gabrielle Agobe & Aydan Urias through the Office of Diversity Education, and led by Dr. Mariotti! Research shows that stress—especially long-term, pervasive cultural stress—registers in the body as trauma. Thus, this virtual event will be both a safe and brave space for students to come together as a community, practice settling their bodies and discharging negative energy, and ultimately work together to cultivate a sense of peace.
RSVP here! And find other resources for clearing your mind here.
