Voting

Amongst much more immediate concerns about the virus, there are still both national and local elections rapidly approaching. Active engagement like rallies, debates, and voting are impacted by the spread of COVID-19. Using these resources, make sure you confirm voter registration, register to vote, and start exploring options like absentee ballots that will make voting accessible from home. This is the time to speak up for the kind of change you want for this country. Don't let it go unclaimed

Becoming an election worker is a great way to make sure that as many polling places as possible stay open, so that as many people as possible can cast their votes! However, it's important to exercise caution when working at the polls; don't sign up if you are high-risk for COVID-19 or live with someone who is.

While you work, always wear a mask and practice social distancing. And please be sure that you are prepared for the time commitment, so your county can depend on you when Election Day rolls around. Thank you for going one step above and beyond casting your ballot!
