Video/Photo Studio

The Video/Photo Studio is located in room 203 on the second floor of the library. The Video/Photo Studio is available between 9:00am-8:00pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00am-5:00pm Friday when the library is open. Availability is by reservation only.

The Video/Print Studio is an indoor video recording and photo shooting space with a large blue or green screen and/or open set flexibility. An open set provides the ability to create your own "set" to match your needs The studio is also equipped some furniture and props.

Quick Overview of How to Use the Video/Photo Studio

• Reserve the Video/Photo Studio

• Camera - you can use your phone and/or camera or check one out at the InfoDesk in the library. If you plan on using the video camera in the Video/Print Studio, bring one or more SD card(s)

• At your reservation time, check in at the InfoDesk in the library

• Do your recording(s) and/or images

• Check out at the InfoDesk in the library

Reservations are Required to Use the Video Studio

Reserve ALL the time slots you will be using the Video Studio - each slot is 30 minutes

• Camera on tripod • can also be used hand-held • planned addition is a teleprompter

• Boom microphone

• Microphones - handheld on boom arms and lavalier lapel microphones

• Two audio mixers

• Green screen set - fabric screen is 10 feet wide

• Fixed, focused ceiling lights for green screen set

• Movable lights for sets and for additional or different green screen lighting

• Furniture for sets which can be arranged as needed

• Black curtains for echo and light damping

• Sink and counter [currently not available]
