The Gigabot 2 is a Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) dual-extrusion 3D printer. With a massive build volume, advanced extrusion technology, and robust construction, it delivers exceptional quality and reliability for producing architectural models, prototypes, and custom components. Highly customizable with interchangeable tool heads and materials, the Gigabot 2 accommodates diverse applications and workflows.
The types of materials that can be printed are Nylon, PLA, ABS, CPE, CPE+, PC, TPU 95A, PP, PVA, and Breakaway. Most of these materials are available in different colors, transition colors and in some cases, glow-in-the-dark.
The sizes of nozzles supported by the printer are: 0.40 mm, and 0.80 mm - SU's printer has 0.40mm nozzles and uses 2.85/3.00mm filament.

Install the Cura application on your laptop/computer [free]
ultimaker.com/software/ultimaker-cura
Open Cura and choose Gigabot at the upper left. Open your object file and make any needed adjustments for build size, supports, and so on. When all your adjustments are completed, save your Project to a file, and also Export as G-code and save that file. Put both of your saved files on your SU Google Drive or a flash drive.
Use the estimated print time as the basis for reserving the printer.
Your object(s) documents/files must be complete and ready to print at your scheduled print time.
Reserve ALL the time slots you will be using the 3D filament printer - each slot is 30 minutes
Include 30 minutes advance preparation time AND 30 minutes post-processing time
