Any medication to be given at school MUST have a completed Medication Administration order form completed by the student's doctor. This includes diaper creams and over-the-counter/ non-prescription medications.

Medications CANNOT be sent in student backpacks. All medications must be brought to school and given to the nurse with appropriate paperwork.
