FREE vaccines for Medicaid and Uninsured students and students with most major insurance providers. For an appointment or to inquire about insurance coverage, please call or text 210-954-3764. If you would like to request a consent packet for your child, please contact Nurse Heather at heather.siebert@southsideisd.org or by calling 210-882-1610 ext 4059.
Students who have a signed consent packet do not need to have a parent present at the time of immunization, however parents are welcome to attend with their child

San Antonio Metro Health's Miles of Smiles (MOS) program is coming to Menchaca February 21, 2025! MOS provides limited oral evaluations, fluoride, and sealants to non-Head Start students at participating elementary schools. This is a voluntary, opt-in opportunity for our Menchaca students.
Permission forms will be sent home closer to the date.

Join us at Southside High School for our Wellness Extravaganza! This FREE event will offer local resources which promote health and wellness for our community. On-site enrollment for Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, and WIC; free vaccines; Zumba demos; a variety of local services to make Southside a healthy community; and Southside student performances!
