FREE vaccines for all community members. For an appointment, please call or text 210-954-3764. If you would like to request a consent packet for your child, please contact Nurse Heather at heather.siebert@southsideisd.org or by calling 210-882-1610 ext 4059.
Students who have a signed consent packet do not need to have a parent present at the time of immunization, however parents are welcome to attend with their child

San Antonio Metro Health's Miles of Smiles (MOS) program is coming to Menchaca February 27, 2026! MOS provides limited oral evaluations, fluoride, and sealants to non-Head Start students at participating elementary schools. This is a voluntary, opt-in opportunity for our Menchaca students.
