Only students eligible for graduation will take part in the commencement ceremony.
Diplomas may be picked up after the graduation ceremony at a designated area. Diplomas will not be issued at the time of graduation to students who have obligations to fill.
All financial obligations to the school must be met before diplomas are issued.
There will be at least two graduation practices. Attendance is mandatory.
Each student will be required to bring his/her cap and gown to practice.
Students will not alter their caps or gown without permission.
Ladies will wear a white or light colored dress /pants or blouse and white shoes. Gentlemen will wear a white or light colored shirt with tie, long trousers, and dark shoes and socks. No jeans, sneakers, or work boots are to be worn to graduation.
Seniors not properly attired will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony.
A photographer will be made available for group and individual cap and gown pictures at practice and/or prior to commencement. Pictures may be purchased from the photographer. Guidelines will be sent home to parents prior to graduation.
