Monday May 4: 15 minutes Practice your locomotor skills we covered throughout the year - Skipping, Galloping, Hopping on 2 feet, Hopping on 1 foot, Marching, Bear Crawling, Crab Walking, Walking and Running Backwards.
Tuesday May 5: 15 minutes of throwing a ball at a target. ( Ex. Playing catch with a Baseball with a parent, sibling, or friend. You could also just throw a ball at a target. Remember to step with the opposite foot from the arm you throw with. Right hand thrower steps with left foot. Left hand thrower steps with right foot).
Wednesday May 6: 15 minutes of Riding your Bike or taking a Walk.
Thursday May 7: 15 minutes of Kicking a Ball. Practice kicking a ball that is stationary and also kicking a ball in motion. (ex. have someone roll you a ball and run up and kick it like a kickball or you can practice kicking a ball while it is moving, like dribbling a Soccer ball that we practiced earlier in the year).
Friday May 8: FREE DAY! Do any Physical Activity you want or you can take the day off and relax!

Monday April 13: No School
Tuesday April 14: Walking Day. 30 minutes of walking. (ex. go for a walk with your family, walk your dog, or just walk around outside playing).
Wednesday April 15: Running Day. 30 minutes of running or jogging. (ex. Running or jogging around your house, playing a running game like tag, or just running around playing outside).
Thursday April 16: Ball Day. Play with a Ball for 30 minutes. (ex. Basketball, Football, Baseball, Volleyball, or Soccer Ball).
Friday April 17: Do a Physical Activity with a piece of equipment for 30 minutes. (ex. Jump Rope, Hula Hoop, Trampoline, Ride your Bike, Ride a scooter, or skateboard).
