Monday May 4: 15 minutes - Practice dribbling a basketball at different speeds. (Dribble while walking, jogging, and running).
Tuesday May 5: 15 minutes of throwing a ball at a target. (Ex. Playing catch with a Baseball with a parent, sibling, or friend. You could also just throw a ball at a target. Remember to step with the opposite foot from the arm you throw with. Right hand thrower steps with left foot. Left hand thrower steps with right foot).
Wednesday May 6: 15 minutes of Riding your Bike or taking a Walk.
Thursday May 7: 15 minutes of Kicking a Ball. Practice kicking a ball that is stationary and also kicking a ball in motion. (ex. have someone roll you a ball and kick it like a kickball. You can also practice kicking a ball while it is moving, like dribbling a Soccer ball that we practiced earlier this year).
Friday May 8: Free Day! Do any Physical Activity you want or you can take the day off and relax!

Monday April 6: Walking Day - Go for a 30 minute walk. (Take a walk with your family, take your dog for a walk, or just walk around outside playing).
Tuesday April 7: Do a physical activity with a piece of equipment for 30 minutes. (ex. Jump Rope, Hula Hoop, Bike Ride, Trampoline, scooter, or skateboard).
Wednesday April 8: Ball Day - Play with a ball for 30 minutes. (ex. basketball, soccer ball, football, baseball, or volleyball).
Thursday April 9: No School
Friday April 10: No School
