Monday May 11: 15 minutes of Dribbling a Basketball at different speeds. (Dribble while walking, Jogging, and Running).
Tuesday May 12: 15 minutes of throwing a ball at a target. (ex. Playing catch with a baseball with a parent, sibling, or friend. You could also just throw a ball at a target. Remember to step with opposite foot from the arm you throw with. Right hand thrower steps with left foot. Left hand thrower steps with right foot).
Wednesday May 13: 15 minutes of Riding your Bike or taking a Walk.
Thursday May 14: 15 minutes of Kicking a Ball. Practice kicking a ball that is stationary and also kicking a ball in motion. (ex. have someone roll you a ball and run up and kick it like a kickball. You can also practice kicking a ball while it is moving, like dribbling a soccer ball).
Friday May 15: Free Day! Do any Physical Activity you want or you can take the day off and relax!

Monday April 27: Walking Day - Go for a 30 minute walk. (Take a walk with your family, take your dog for a walk, walk around outside playing).
Tuesday April 28: Running Day - Run or Jog for 30 minutes. (ex. Take a run or jog around your house or neighborhood, play a running game like Tag, or just run around outside playing with family members or friends).
Wednesday April 29: Ball Day - Play with a ball for 30 minutes. (ex. basketball, soccer ball, football, baseball, or volleyball).
Thursday April 30: Do some type of physical activity with a piece of equipment for 30 minutes. (ex. Jump rope, hula hoop, trampoline, bike, scooter, or skateboard).
Friday May 1: Exercise Day - Do all your exercises for 10 minutes. (Arm Circles, Touching Toes, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Burpees, Froggies - 10 to 20 each). Then do 20 minutes of Physical Activities around your house, helping out your parents. (ex. Cleaning your room, Sweeping, Dusting, Yard Work etc).
