Borislav is a football club in the town of Parvomay. Established in June 1924, it plays in matches in Parvomay and in other places in Bulgaria.  Its sponsor is Refan.

Champion is a karate club in the town of Pаrvomay. It is located at "Kocho Chestemenski" street. The style it teaches is kyokushin. 

Atlet is a badminton club in the town of Parvomay. It's located at 60a ''Stefan Stambolov'' St. The place has a large hall with 4 courts and good equipment. The club produced many champions.

The gym is located at 2 Angel Voivoda Street, Parvomay. It has 3 large rooms and is equipped with all kinds of fitness equipment.

Eurydika is the largest and oldest folk dance club in Parvomay. Every year a folklore meeting of the group is held. The hall where they train is located in the Apk building near the center.
