Shipka 99 was established in 1999. The production plant is located in the town of Parvomay. The company is fully export oriented.Its owner is a private Lebanon company. 

The products offered on the domestic market are sold in its own specialized boutique-type stores under the brand "Maestro".

They are produced according to traditional, classic technology from selected milk (sheep, goat and cow) with ripening between 45 and 60 days for the different types of cheese and between 60 and 90 days for the cheese - without preservatives and vegetable fats!

The sheep's milk cheeses are classic and savoury, and the cow's milk cheeses are classic.

In addition, various types of processed cheese are also produced , including smoked processed cheese.

Raster company or Raster printing house was founded in 1990 in the town of Smolyan. It is one of the first private printing houses in Bulgaria, having new offset machines purchased from "ARIMPEX" Sofia (general representative of ADAST and KBA PLANETA).

In 1995 the owner Petar Pavlov moved the printing house to the town of Parvomay.

Today, the "Raster Pavlov" printing house is housed in a modern building with an area of ​​1,000 sq/m.

Bulkons Parvomay is a lutenitsa production enterprise in the town of Parvomay, one of the largest producers of lutenitsa in Bulgaria. The company preserves the authentic taste of the real Bulgarian lutenitsa which is prepared from ground, usually roasted red peppers, tomatoes, onions, eggplant, carrots, spices. Peppers are the main ingredient of lutenica, which also give it its characteristic red color. Lutenitsa also contains fat (oil), and among the spices the most important are cumin, hot peppers and garlic, to which it owes its spicy taste and its name.
