Special Events this Past Week
Last week we were able to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day with our Crazy Socks! 3/21 was selected as the day to celebrate as those with Down Syndrome have an extra #21 chromosome - they actually have 3 #21 chromosomes so 3/21. And socks are selected because chromosomes are shaped like socks. We love to celebrate our friends with special abilities here at SEES. Check out our fun!
Our class was also selected as earning the SEES Spirit Stick at Flag Salute for the way we are inclusive everyday! We hope to show by example that everyone is welcome and it's fun to be friends with all.
