Through the course of this program I got to reflect on how to include all stakeholders in a common vision. This reflection from EDAD 610 shows how all team members can be invited to work together and create student centric measures. This process then included how that vision radiates out to our departments as we develop goals that try to meet a facet of that goal.
My Culturally Proficient Action Plan for 6th Grade Achievement from EDAD 618 demonstrates how we collect measures from multiple sources and bring stakeholders to the table to create goals and reliable experiences for students. By involving all teachers whom are affected we are insuring the that process is collaborative and our outcomes will be determined by shared processes.
