Coach Cameron is a former high school Kansas state champion in cross country and track. She competed for KU and Emporia State in both cross country and track, placing 9th in the nation in cross country and 2nd in the nation in the indoor mile her senior year. She was inducted into the Emporia State Hall of Fame in 2013. As a masters runner, she holds 15 state records, 3 national titles, 6 national runner up titles, and 6 world titles. She was named Kansas Senior Athlete of the Year in 2017 and in 2020. This is her eleventh year at Westridge and her fifth year as head cross country coach. She is also the mother of three boys, ages 23, 21, and 16, and is the Westridge theatre director.

Coach Cox is a third year cross country coach at Westridge. He has been an avid runner since middle school. In high school, Coach Cox competed at the State meet in Wamego three times. In college, he continued running recreationally in races ranging from 5k to 50k.​ He enjoys encouraging and running alongside the athletes at practice every day, and he does a great job encouraging our runners during our competitions. Coach Cox is a Special Education Paraprofessional.

Coach Katsbulas has been coaching cross country at Westridge for six years, but he also coaches boys' and girls' basketball. He is the married father of two young boys, ages 2 and 4, and is an avid basketball player himself. He recently led the Westridge teachers to a free throw championship! ​Coach "K" teaches PE and has an additional degree in special education and has been teaching at Westridge for eight years. He has competed in many sports, including archery, and enjoys running alongside our cross country team members every day.
