What to do if your MacBook or accessories are lost or damaged:
Put in a Web Help Ticket for Tech Support.
If you are unable to put in a ticket yourself, ask a staff member to do it for you.
Updating your MacBook:
Updates are required for optimal usage, so please do not ignore updates.
Before updating, restart your computer to make sure all the available updates are shown.
If you are unable to update, put in a Web Help Ticket for Tech Support.
Ways to Prevent Damage:
Keep the case on at all times
Carry the MacBook with the screen shut and with both hands to keep the machine secure.
Do not ever pick up the MacBook by the screen! The LCD is very sensitive and the pressure of your grip will break the screen.
Do not place anything on the keyboard, including stapled papers. Closing the MacBook with items on the keyboard will crack the screen.
Keep your MacBook out of extreme temperatures. Do not leave it in your car overnight.
Keep liquids away from your MacBook.
Be careful with your backpack if the MacBook is in it. Dropping your backpack onto the ground or dropping books on the MacBook may result in damage.
