Notes on Cap and Gowns

Cap, gown and tassel will be sent to NW and given to Seniors in MAY at graduation rehearsal, along with tickets.
The only REQUIRED purchase is the cap, gown, tassel and stole. They are yours to keep. Their cost together is $30.
No decorations are allowed on your cap.
Caps/Gowns/Stoles will be picked up the day of graduation rehearsal.

Notes on Rings, Jackets, etc.

Jackets must be paid in full when ordered (sizing chart--jostens.com). They will be shipped to the home.
Rings have payment options (sizing chart--look in graduation packet given to student). They must be paid in full before being shipped to home.

Graduation Announcements

Announcements will be sent to NW.

Graduation Night

Thursday, May 20, 2027 at 7:00 pm

Shawnee Mission North District Stadium
Students must be there NO LATER than 5:45 pm.
Graduation programs will be available Graduation night.
Ceremony is scheduled to take place outdoors. Students may have unlimited guests if it is outdoors.
In the case of inclement weather, graduation ceremony will be relocated indoors. Each student will receive 6 tickets for guests if it is indoors. (This number may change depending on the number of seniors graduating -- final numbers will be given in May.)

Senior Surveys

All seniors are required by the district to complete two short surveys; this is not optional. These will be available as of April 3, 2027.
