Homework for the week of December 10- December 14:
For the December Book It project, all students should read a Christmas book written on a third grade level. They should write an eight to ten sentence summary of the story on the snowman paper. The paper should be decorated. On 12/20, students should bring in a Christmas stocking with three items that relate to the story. All words should be spelled correctly on the summary, and students should write in complete sentences. Write the title of the book at the top of the paper. This is due on 12/20.
*All toiletry donations for the poor are due Friday. Thank you for your generosity:)
*We will attend Little Shoppers Tuesday and Wednesday. Bring money to school if you want to purchase something.
*We will have a Christmas card exchange on our last day together before Christmas break. Please have students sign their cards. Do not label the envelopes. We will walk around the room and place cards in each students' Christmas bag. Participation is optional, but this is always a lot of fun. Please bring in 21 cards on 12/20.
