Fall Semester Starts Wednesday, August 12! | Next Open House Sunday, August 30, 10am - 12pm!
Drop-ins are a Board perk and open to any currently enrolled family. They’re first-come, first-served and can be used for any session (Early Care, AM, Noon Care, PM, Late Care, or All Day).
There are three ways to request a Drop-In:
Send a "Classroom Chat" ProCare Message well in advance of the day you are requesting it. Mention the date and requested session(s). A teacher should follow up by the end of the next business day. Most teachers do not read ProCare when the school is closed.
Ask in-person after the rush of drop-off or pick-up has settled.
You may also call the school and leave a detailed message. If it is an emergency drop-in, calling the school and leaving a ProCare message are the best ways to get a more immediate response.
Before confirming a spot, teachers will double-check how many children are already enrolled in that session and whether there are any absences or other drop-in requests that day.
The Treasurer and Director will keep track of any drop-ins you use, and they’ll show up on your next tuition bill. Board Members should keep their own count of drop-ins to be sure you’re not charged for the ones included in your monthly allotment (you’ll only be billed if you go over your monthly amount).
