Sign Up to Join the Sub List You can request a current sub list from VP@smpns.org or scan the QR codes in the school hallway for Sub Contact information/join the Sub WhatsApp group.
Drop-ins are a Board perk and open to any currently enrolled family. They’re first-come, first-served and can be used for any session (Early Care, AM, Noon Care, PM, Late Care, or All Day).
Before confirming a spot, teachers will double-check how many children are already enrolled in that session and whether there are any absences or other drop-in requests that day.
The Treasurer and Director will keep track of any drop-ins you use, and they’ll show up on your next tuition bill. Board Members should keep their own count of drop-ins to be sure you’re not charged for the ones included in your monthly allotment (you’ll only be billed if you go over your monthly amount).
There are three ways to request a Drop-In:
Send a ProCare Message well in advance of the day you are requesting it. Mention the date and requested session(s). A teacher should follow up by the end of the next business day. Most teachers do not read ProCare when the school is closed.
Ask in-person after the rush of drop-off or pick-up has settled.
You may also call the school and leave a detailed message. If it is an emergency drop-in, calling the school and leaving a ProCare message are the best ways to get a more immediate response.
Current and Alumni Family are welcome to rent the school for $200. To book the school, please email the Director (director@smpns.org) or call the school with the date you are requesting. If you are an alumni, please include your student(s)' name and year they Moved On in your message. If you are an organization and would like to partner with SMPNS for an event, please email info@smpns.org for inquiries.
A Few Rental Guidelines (not exhaustive):
You will need to visit the school so the staff can provide you with a cleaning checklist and other important information to confirm your booking.
Outside catering and alcohol are permitted, but all signs of an event, including leftover food and beverages, must be removed from the premises.
No opened food or drink or alcoholic beverages may be left in the refrigerator.
Bouncy Houses/Castles are not allowed on school property regardless of additional insurance coverage.
The inside and outside must be left in the condition they were found, and all outdoor surfaces need to be wiped down and the inside vacuumed.
