For pep rallies, we will send out an announcement on Tuesday August 4th regarding procedures for buses to the high school to help accommodate travel! I will be speaking to each principal, alongside Mr. Apple regarding buses for practices. DO NOT contact the bus garage this year. I will do that for you to keep down confusion because they get frustrated with all the calls made. Please allow me to call for you!
Practices are every week! Please read this schedule for the month to see times! I will not send another one of these out until August 15th, which will be for the month of September!
Regarding attendance, please see the SCHS Band Handbook SCHS BAND - ATTENDANCE POLICY . Remember, all appointments need a given notice of a month before the appointment so that I can make accommodations and not be caught off guard. Please do your best to not miss practices the Thursday before a ball game. This causes major issues on Friday nights and this creates a stressful situation for everyone. Let’s do our best to attend rehearsals and keep our momentum going!
