We are receiving reports that community members are experiencing issues logging in to Moodle. We have reached out to the vendor and are investigating the issue. Updates will be posted here when they are available.

Moodle reports that service has been restored and users should no longer see errors. Any additional updates will be posted here.

We have received reports from multiple community members experiencing issues with Moodle files and activities, including missing file errors, upload errors, grading errors, etc. ITS has opened a high-priority ticket with Moodle, and they are investigating.
Though Moodle is still accessible, we recommend waiting to work on course changes until the issue is resolved. We will post updates here when they are available. We appreciate your patience.

Moodle has resolved the issue and Smith community members should be able to log into Moodle at this time.

Google has resolved the issue, and affected users should no longer experience problems with Google apps. They are still working to address the root cause. 6/27/2025, 3:55 p.m. The IT Help Desk phone number, 413-585-4487, is currently unavailable for calls from off-campus phone lines.
Calls to x4487 from a Smith phone while on campus are functioning normally.
