I partnered with City Year from 2021-2023 to design and implement a multi-method evaluation of program impact on alumni civic engagement, intergroup attitudes, and career readiness. This project culminated in a final report and presentations to City Year's CEO and senior organizational leadership and our funders at the Einhorn Collaborative.
This study was highlighted in 1,000 media outlets across the country, including AP, Business Insider, and the Boston Herald.
From 2018-2020 I worked with this NYC based non-profit to evaluate their 2 Generation programming for parents of kids in Head Start-eligible families. This project culminated in a final report for the organization.
A partnership with NYC ACS led to multiple publications and the establishment of SAFE Spaces, an NIH-funded intervention led by Drs. Erin Godfrey and Shabnam Javdani at NYU.
