I differentiate instruction in my classroom, all while holding students accountable. Instruction is given via video that student can watch as many times as needed. Checks for understanding are embedded throughout the video. Immediate feedback is given and I now have formative data with which I can design my instruction. Screencastify helps me provide information to my students anytime/anywhere. I only have to explain myself once, while the students can hear it as often and whenever they need to. My students also Screencast their assignments for me, which allows me to hear the thought-process. By knowing their path of thinking I can better assess and further direct each learner.
