15, Wednesday
The application is available at the BECA website www.smcbeca.org
29, Wednesday
BECA’s Scholarship Fair from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Located at the USMSM (former Higher Education Center)
March
3, Monday
On or before midnight, Monday, March 3, 2025. All parts of the application are due and are submitted electronically. No paper documents accepted.
15, Saturday
BECA distributes applications to scholarship providers for review.
April
During April, the individual providers select the winners of their scholarships and notify them. Interviews of finalists will be held by some scholarship providers. You should frequently check the email address and voicemail number you provided for requests for interviews and notifications of awards.
15, Tuesday
Scholarship Providers will notify students of their award on or before this date.
May
14, Wednesday
Scholarship Awards Ceremony, located at the USMSM (former Higher Education Center) from 4:00 to 6:30pm. All students who have been notified of an award are invited and will be recognized.
