EASMC (The Education Association of St. Mary's County)

The Education Association of St. Mary's County (EASMC) is the exclusive bargaining representative for certificated and education support professionals (ESPs). EASMC is an organization of educators that is affiliated with the Maryland State Education Association (MSEA) and the National Education Association (NEA). 

Since 1968, EASMC has negotiated with the Board of Education (BOE) of St. Mary's County for salaries, wages, hours, healthcare benefits, and other conditions of employment for all educators and support staff.  As a result, your new employment includes a competitive salary, generous benefits, and excellent work conditions!
