We offer full-year care, with annual closures between Christmas and New Year and on public bank holidays.
Priority registration
Whilst we try to accommodate all registering families, priority will be given to the following:
Siblings of current attendees
Children requiring a 4 or 5 day booking pattern
Please note: We currently have no availability for 3 year olds.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer Term Time Only childcare.
Accepting A Place
Once you have been offered a place, we ask that you return the SMART Parent Agreement to us as soon as possible together with a deposit of 1-month's nursery fees.
Once these are received we will confirm that your sessions are secured and the Parent Agreement will commence. An administration fee of £250 applies if a contract is terminated prior to the child's commencement date
Waiting List
To join our waiting list a £50 fee applies (non-refundable). We will update you and inform you once a place becomes available. If we are unable to accommodate your requested start date, your child will remain on this list until a place becomes available.
NB: joining the waiting list does not guarantee a nursery place. Please contact the office before submitting your online form to enquire about availability.
We are an independent nursery audited by Wandsworth Borough and allocate places according to local authority policies. This means that priority is given to existing children wishing to increase their hours and siblings of existing children. Next, we allocate places by the date of joining the waiting list.
Whilst priority is given to siblings, parents must register siblings as soon as possible. We cannot always guarantee a place, but always try to accommodate all families.
Changing Days & Extra Days
If you would like to change your sessions, we ask that you give us 1 month's notice. We try our best to accommodate all requests, but need to be mindful of our team's working patterns. If we are unable to meet a request we will add it to the waiting list and inform you as soon as we are able to offer the desired sessions.
Extra days can be requested by emailing us HERE. We accommodate these requests based on availability in the order they are received.
Childcare Vouchers
We accept all vouchers.
Funding

Payment Terms
Monthly in advance.
Deposit
1 month’s fees. Once received your child's place is secured. The deposit is returned when your child graduates from the nursery.
