The Southern Maine Administrative Collaborative (SMAC) is an inter-district agency providing special education services to children from preschool through grade 12, throughout the state of Maine. SMAC formed in 2018 as part of a state-wide initiative fostering collaboration between districts to fill special services staffing shortages, achieving efficiencies for schools and cost-savings for taxpayers. Our team of SLP’s, Psychologists, Special Educators, and Behavioral Health Professionals serve Maine's young learners in districts from Kittery to Madawaska.
