The course templates below are provided for all 1818 instructors to use if so desired. They are up-to-date with the current requirements for syllabus review for Academic Year (AY) 2025-2026.
If you are returning faculty, you are welcome to use one of the templates or to copy and paste any updated information into your current syllabi. Neither new or returning faculty are not required to use a template; however, these templates are available to help you prepare your syllabi for the next academic year.

What to Expect at a 1818 Site Visit: A short PowerPoint with basic information on what to expect during a typical site visit.
Classroom Visit Form: The form your faculty liaison will fill out and send to you (via JotForm) after your classroom visit.
The 2025-2026 professional development meeting for College Algebra, Precalculus, and Calculus 1818 instructors will be held online during the 1818 Summer Connection Conference on July 30, 2025.
A follow up meeting will occur online in February of 2026.

Taking the Duel Out of Dual Credit (Webinar) (PDF)
This session will share lessons learned and best practices on how to cultivate a postsecondary environment in a high school classroom. Participants will learn from English community college and high school faculty’s experiences teaching ENG 101 and ENG 102 for the first time in a high school setting. Topics will include Academic Rigor, Classroom Management, Communications, and Student Responsibilities.
