Pediatric Student Education Website: includes information relevant to SLU pediatric student education across all four years and fulfills the LCME and SOM requirement of course faculty having access to course goals, objectives, and assessment methods. In addition to information about our various pre-clerkship electives, clerkship, third year career explorations, fourth year acting internships, and electives we also include information about pediatric events, volunteer opportunities, as well individual study and career planning resources.
Canvas. The course management system utilized for the core clerkships including Pediatrics. Access is limited to clerkship students
Facesheets. We create a facesheet for a student with his/her first Pediatric course and strongly encourage students to save a shortcut to the document. We then invite them to update it with as much or as little information with each pediatric course. We then share these with supervising physicians and teams.
Needs to be done daily when scheduled to work at any SSM facility
We recommend students add the screening link to the home page of your mobile device for quick access
