In fall 2025, the University's Learning Technologies Advisory Committee (LTAC) determined that no additional, immediate storage reduction was required. ITS continues to monitor Panopto storage levels; if additional storage reductions are needed, they will alert LTAC.Â
Also in fall 2025, LTAC developed a new Panopto Retention and Storage Management Process. It will be implemented for the first time in spring 2026, on an annual basis unless we need to change the cadence.
