Before we left the Philippines, we had the opportunity to purchase this absolutely overpriced carbonated soda that was being sold in the airport. It was worth 80 pesos.
This is me, incredibly uncomfortable and lacking sleep, but at last boarded the plane.
In one of the tourist destinations that we visited in Dong Thap, I was bitten pretty badly by the local mosquitoes.
After a few days of exploring, we ended up finding our preferred eating spots, such as the local cafe located literally in front of the gate of our dorm!
Here are some of the other things we saw!
Our buddy that shamelessly brought his girlfriend when hanging out with us!
Our 4th roommate
The math department set aside a date for us to have a get-together. By the time we arrived in Vietnam, one of the Indonesia groups was slated to leave that same week.
Even though our time together was short, I managed to make friends with the only one in the math department. His name is Anggara, I hope he's doing well, wherever he may be.
On certain days, me and the boys just randomly had walks toward random directions. We didn't end up going to the bridge by foot, but we did hang out at around the pier.
On our last days, one of the English teachers in Future School (a Filipina!) treated us for lunch.
Together with friends! These were mostly taken by Ian, a fellow observer from Saint Louis University, Baguio City, Philippines!
