STEP ONE
My Supervisor and the ASL Language Specialist observed a first grade ELA class. Some of the challenges I expressed were:
Students often overlap in their comments and there's a lack of turn taking.
The student I work with expressed interest in wanting to see the spelling of words. I have to be more conscious of incorporating FS in my work, not just the signs.
I struggle with classifiers and role shifting and want to explore this more in my work. How do I make it clear?

I had questions about "produced appropriate structure for questions and comments" and asked my Supervisor to elaborate.
I was provided with suggestions about how to develop a turn taking plan with my edu team.
Role shifting and FS are something I really need to work on. This will be a priority to highlight in my 5 minute sample.
STEP TWO & THREE
Taking the feedback from my Supervisor and the ASL Language Specialist, I made an effort to improve upon the topics discussed.
I uploaded my video to YouTube and provided a link in my "Career Questionnaire".
In order to keep the contents of this evaluation private for all who take this portion, we won't provide a sample.

STEP FOUR
I made sure to upload proof that I had taken the EIPA and provided my score.
I also noted that I joined NAIE and became a volunteer with their book club!
I provided a screenshot of the workshop list I keep for my records.
My classroom teacher and the HES teacher I work with provided letters they wanted my Supervisor to have. I was able to upload them directly to this form!

FINAL STEP
Prior to the meeting:
Five-minute classroom sample (with the volume OFF)
Took notes on where I think I improved compared to my formal observation.
Made note of areas I still need support.
