Pause Online Orders
Timely and accurate updating of your Shop availability will allow your customers who order online to see your Shop status in real time.
As a reminder, all these features can already be accessed through the Owners Portal, but now you will have the option to edit them directly on your Slice Register.
Access the Shop Availability menu from the Navigation bar on the left-hand side.
To Pause online orders, choose between pausing an order for Delivery, Pickup, or both Delivery & Pickup.
Next, indicate the reason for pausing online orders and the pause duration time.
If, after a certain period, you need to extend the pause, you will be able to do so for another 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Your shop will automatically reenable Slice online ordering when this time has passed.
If you want to stop the pause before the timer, click the Open button, and your shop will be open for receiving online orders.

Close Shop
Timely and accurate updating of your Shop availability will allow your customers who order online to see your Shop status in real time.
As a reminder, all these features can already be accessed through the Owners Portal, but now you will have the option to edit them directly on your Slice Register.
Access the Shop Availability menu from the Navigation bar on the left-hand side.
To Close your shop, choose the Close button from the Shop Status menu.
Choose the order type to close: Delivery, Pickup, or both Delivery & Pickup, and then
Choose the reason for closing.
Now your shop is closed until your next working day.
You can tap the Open button if you no longer need to be closed for that day.

Editing Today's and Tomorrow's Hours
Timely and accurate updating of your Shop availability will allow your customers who order online to see your Shop status in real time.
As a reminder, all these features can already be accessed through the Owners Portal, but now you will have the option to edit them directly on your Slice Register.
To edit Today's hours,
Select the Edit button for the correct order type, either Delivery or Pickup.
Next, choose your hours of operation for today and tap Set Hours.
You will edit Tomorrow's hours like you did for today.
Select the edit button for the correct order type, then
Choose your hours of operation for tomorrow and tap Set Hours.
Additionally, for tomorrow you will be able to close the shop if needed. Closing the shop for tomorrow will automatically trigger a text message to the owner, and the shop must be reopened through the Slice Owner's Portal.
