Logging In
In order to gain access to your Slice Register, you will first need to login. To do this, you will need the same credentials you use to log into your Owner's Portal.
Turn tablet on (if it is not turned on already).
At the login prompt, you will see an email text field pre-populated with your email on file. If this is correct, tap the Password text field and go to the next step. If it is not correct, tap the email box and enter the correct email.
Tapping the password text field will bring up the keyboard. Enter your password.
If both email and password were entered correctly, you will be taken to the Choose Shop page. Tap the name of your shop to continue.
Next, tap the option that says Register. If you have more than one Register terminal in your setup, tap the corresponding Register profile.
If you followed the above steps without any problems then you are all set. Upon successfully logging in you will be taken to the Register's main screen showing the navigation pane, menu and check panes.
If you received a 401 error code it means either your password, email, or both pieces of information were entered incorrectly. Re-enter your login credentials and try again.
If you do not remember your password, you may use the I forgot my password link locate just below the login button. This will trigger the password reset email to allow you change your password and try again. Make sure to force-close the Slice Register application on your iPad and relaunch it before attempting to login again.
