Firework Safety

Bonfire night is such a fun and beautiful holiday. However, it’s also very dangerous so here are some tips so that you can stay safe and enjoy the holiday. 

1. When you use a sparkler put a carrot on the bottom so you don’t burn your fingers. 

2. Have a bucket of water near so that if anything catches on fire you can fix it.

3. Never go back to a lit firework. 

4. Stay at an arms length away from a firework when you light it.

5. Make sure that you are with a trusted adult to supervise at all times. 

6. Only light a firework on a safe surface or the ground. 

7. Don’t touch a lit flame. 

8. Don’t touch a lit firework.

9. Stay at a safe distance from a flame.

10. Have fun and stay safe!!!
