CHALLENGE 6 - HEALTH & FOOD TECHNOLOGY

Food Technology is where you will be finding out where foods come from, how to prepare them safely, how our body uses them and the link between good food and good health, with lots of cooking along the way.

There are a variety of courses that are offered by the Food Technology department that you can select to study from S3 onwards. We have food technology, Cake Craft, Fashion and Textiles, Barista, Events management and Childcare. Do any of these courses interest you?

CHALLENGE
In this week's challenge, you'll find lots of questions about healthy eating and food hygiene. We are also keen to find out about your favourite dish. The last question on the response form encourages you to find a link online to a recipe of your choice!
