Our Senior Leadership Team have very close relationships with our families and we are always here to discuss any issues, queries or concerns you may have. Please note that we are often in meetings or working directly with teachers and pupils and so are not always immediately available. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns or queries at all - we would always much rather you contacted us and we had the opportunity to support and reassure you than you spent any time worrying about a concern.

If the nature of your communication is a concern or complaint, please allow us time to investigate the issue and return your call or email. In line with SLC policy this will be done within 5 working days or less.
